# Release status and limitations

**Documentation snapshot: September 30, 2026. V1.**

The reference contains the current implemented operation contract. Live access remains constrained by scopes, tenant policy and hierarchy. A documented operation is not a guarantee that it is enabled for your principal.

Current coverage includes workspace management, branding, membership, invitations, access and credentials, owned image uploads, configured catalogs, published-template discovery, fixed-video campaigns, recipients, explicit generation, results, analytics and jobs.

The following are outside this V1 release: video personalization, behavior-based video variation, full template authoring, product-video rendering, message sending, customer webhook subscriptions, Shopify synchronization and customer-owned custom domains. OAuth/DCR is currently off. Public marketplace approval is not asserted by these docs.

Uploaded images support PNG, JPEG and static WebP, up to 10 MiB. Promoting an owned verified branding image is an explicit publication action; private originals remain private. Published branding is durable and V1 has no unpublish operation. Refer to the API's upload lifecycle before using it.

The transition catalog currently returns no entries. A transition is offered only after the same immediate native effect works in interactive playback and final MP4 rendering. No generated or FFmpeg transition fallback is offered.

The existing [Shuffll video-production API](https://api-docs.shuffll.com/) is documented separately. Do not assume its features, credentials or endpoints apply to Engage.
